Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Provide accurate project estimates and proposals based on client specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in HVAC sales or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HVAC design and calculation software.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
