Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation via cold calling and networking with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, and end-users
Promote and sell products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, Air & Water Quality Sensors
Client visits for demonstrations, solution presentations, and product pitch
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
Submit quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals
Regularly update market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Attend exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events
Submit weekly visit schedules and follow-up action reports
Willingness to travel frequently for client interactions

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Sales experience in HVAC/BMS systems and instrumentation
Technical understanding of automation and sensor products
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
Self-driven with the ability to meet targets.
