Job Description
1. Must be thorough with the design verification which includes heat load estimation, pressure drop calculation for air side and water side, also preparation of water side scheme as well as electrical scheme
- Have a good knowledge of various equipments used in the projects and selection of the equipments like chiller, pumps, AHU, cooling tower, heat recovery units, fans, ductless ventilation system, etc
- Study of tender specification and ensure project is carried out as per the same.
- Apply value engineering to reducing cost of the project
- Preparation of final Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and variation statement
