We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and ducting
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution
- Perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system repairs
- Carry out load calculations, system sizing, and preparation of technical documentation
- Manage testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore safety standards, codes, and regulations
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 15 years of experience in HVAC engineering, MEP projects, or building services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, ducting, piping, and refrigeration systems
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Engineering / related field
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and on-site coordination skills
