JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems includingChillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and ducting
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teamsto ensure timely execution
- Performpreventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system repairs
- Carry outload calculations, system sizing, and preparation of technical documentation
- Managetesting, commissioning, and balancingof HVAC systems
- Monitor system performance and recommendenergy-efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore safety standards, codes, and regulations
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 15 yearsof experience inHVAC engineering, MEP projects, or building services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, ducting, piping, and refrigeration systems
- Diploma or DegreeinMechanical Engineering / HVAC Engineering / related field
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and on-site coordination skills
