HVAC Engineer

Perform system design calculations including heat/cooling load, ventilation, energy recovery, and airside/waterside pressure drops

Prepare HVAC flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, system sequence of operation, and control philosophy

Consider space management and space allocation requirements

Integrate sustainability and LEED considerations into HVAC design

Support procurement and construction activities including scope of work, RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations

Review and approve supplier submittals and evaluate equipment shop testing requirements

Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, team members, technologists, and peers

Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships across project stakeholders
