Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience in HVAC design and hands-on expertise in Revit MEP. Candidates with Gulf project experience will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Revit software and a solid understanding of HVAC design principles, systems, and industry standards.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
- 28 years of experience in HVAC Design.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Revit Software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authority regulations.
- Experience in HVAC load calculations, system selection, and design development.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems such as district cooling, VRV/VRF systems, heat recovery ventilation, commercial kitchen ventilation, and basement ventilation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the HVAC design team to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed HVAC designs for commercial, retail, residential, hospital, and high-rise projects.
- Perform HVAC load calculations and system selection.
- Prepare HVAC layouts and support space planning in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure timely delivery of HVAC design scope as per project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth design integration and project compliance.
