Position: HVAC Engineer
Location: Pune / Thane
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: 4 – 5 years of experience in HVAC design, specifically within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of HVAC design including psychrometric and heat load calculations
- Equipment selection and ductwork design
- Tender documentation preparation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) estimation
- Overseeing HVAC system installation on-site
- Implementing energy efficiency strategies in HVAC systems
- Collaborating effectively with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams
- Traveling to project sites as required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for HVAC design
- Competent in MS Office tools
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel whenever project needs arise
