Ensure quality of installation at Project Sites.
Effectively mobilize available resources and strive for on time project completion.
PA Manpower Planning depending upon work load
Equipment Testing for performance with reference to design and specifications.
Ensure & implement Safe work practices at Project Sites.
Constantly upgrade knowledge with latest developments in Construction / HVAC industry with respect to the technology, equipments, components, BMS, etc
Ensure smooth handing-over projects, complete with all documentation, drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, test certificates etc
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws
