Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and managemonthly get-togethers, festive events.
- Coordinate and anchorpublic meetings, team activities, and HR sessions.
- Confidently handlestage presentations and internal functions.
- Drive employee participation and boost team morale through creative initiatives.
- Support event-related communication and logistics.
Core HR Support
- Assist inrecruitment resume screening, interview scheduling
- Support new hireonboarding and orientation
- Maintain and updateemployee data and attendance records
- Help manage leave tracking, HR documentation, and daily HR queries
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations
