Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoingHR Internwho is passionate about people, culture, andcreating a vibrant work environment. This role focuses on organizing employee engagement activities, supporting HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Plan and managemonthly get-togethers, festive events.
  • Coordinate and anchorpublic meetings, team activities, and HR sessions.
  • Confidently handlestage presentations and internal functions.
  • Drive employee participation and boost team morale through creative initiatives.
  • Support event-related communication and logistics.

Core HR Support

  • Assist inrecruitment resume screening, interview scheduling
  • Support new hireonboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and updateemployee data and attendance records
  • Help manage leave tracking, HR documentation, and daily HR queries
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations
