Looking for an HR who can take care of HR Operations, PMS and IT Technical hiring.

What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Build, implement, and oversee HR strategies that align with our business goals and core purpose.

Partner with leadership to attract, retain, and develop talent that drives growth and innovation

Performance Management:

Establish and implement a robust performance management system that rewards excellence, encourages learning, and drives accountability.

Design KPIs and feedback loops that foster continuous improvement and goal alignment

People & Culture Development:

Create and execute initiatives to nurture an inclusive, engaging, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Lead efforts to make our company a Great Place to Work certified organization.

Policy & Compliance Framework:

Develop people-related policies that reflect our values and cater to a modern, dynamic workforce.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical HR practices.

Learning & Development:

Build learning programs to upskill teams and prepare them for future challenges.

Foster leadership development to create a pipeline of capable and empowered leaders.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Innovate hiring practices to attract top talent across domains.
  • Must have good year of experience in technical hiring (Technology)
  • Build retention strategies that motivate and inspire employees to grow with us

  • Expertise in establishing and managing performance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational design.
