Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and workforce management
• Strong experience in HR Management and developing HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and best practices
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including managing employee records and addressing workplace concerns
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
