Position:HR Generalist

Location: Kochi, Kerala

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with 24 years of experience to support our HR operations and manage key functions across the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions including implementing and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves actively supporting employee recruitment, onboarding, and other initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Proficiency in implementing and maintaining HR Policies

Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in an HR Generalist or relevant role is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.

Monitor attendance, leave records, Insurance and support payroll coordination.

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Handle HR queries and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Support performance management processes and coordination with the L&D Team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations including EPF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, and the Shops & Establishments Act.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).

24 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.

Experience with HRIS and HR documentation.

Good knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
