Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Support HR Manager in maintaining positive employee relations.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Update employee database and HRMIS records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Assist payroll team by providing attendance and employee data.
Maintain overtime and shift records.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Support performance appraisal processes.
- Compliance & Documentation
Ensure employee documents such as ID proof, medical records, and statutory forms are updated.
Assist in audits and compliance checks.
Maintain statutory records as per labor laws.
Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and CSR activities.
Support initiatives related to employee well-being and motivation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
24 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
