Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day human resources operations, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee benefit plans, and supporting personnel management processes. The candidate will assist in developing strategies for employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR programs while serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support within the workforce.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.
• Experience with HR Management and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding and application of HR Policies and labor-related regulations.
• Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and supporting personnel well-being initiatives.
• Competency in Personnel Management, including performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry or a similar sector is advantageous.
