Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Specialist will manage the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and documentation. They will be responsible for assessing staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and managing employee relations. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding processes, and HR policy implementation
• Proficient in organizing training, development programs, and employee performance evaluations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance guidelines related to human resources
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong professional relationships
• Proficient in using HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
