Job Title: HR Transformation & Operations Consultant

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience Range: 4-6 Years

Skills: HRO - Employee Data Management

Role Description:

  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing operations, in-creasing automation, and enhancing self-service capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and timely HR support.
  • Service Delivery Ensure a high-quality, seamless HR user experience by developing KPIs and improving service delivery across various regions or business units.
  • Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Technology Data Manage and leverage HR systems (HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.) and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive improvements.
  • Process Optimization
  • Oversee and enhance core HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
