Role Description:
- Strategic Initiatives
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing operations, in-creasing automation, and enhancing self-service capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and timely HR support.
- Service Delivery Ensure a high-quality, seamless HR user experience by developing KPIs and improving service delivery across various regions or business units.
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Technology Data Manage and leverage HR systems (HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.) and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive improvements.
- Process Optimization
- Oversee and enhance core HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
