Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in US HR Operations and Human Resource Management to join our team on a part-time remote basis.

If you have practical experience managing HR functions for US employees and a strong understanding of US HR processes, compliance, employee management, and HR operations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day US HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR compliance
  • Support employee engagement, HR policies, and HR administration
  • Coordinate with management on HR processes and workforce planning
  • Manage HR-related reporting and documentation
  • Support recruitment activities when required, including screening and interview coordination
  • Maintain HR databases, records, and operational processes

Mandatory Requirements

  • USA HR experience is mandatory
  • Strictly looking for candidates with US Human Resource Generalist / HR Management experience
  • This is NOT a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter-only position
  • Strong understanding of US HR practices, policies, and employee management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with HR tools, ATS systems, and documentation processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling both IT and Non-IT HR operations
  • Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Recruitment support experience is a plus
