Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations and engagement programs, facilitating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR compliance, and supporting policy implementation. The Human Resources Specialist will also play a key role in fostering positive workplace culture and driving HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Employee Relations and Engagement initiatives
• Skills in Training, Development, and Organizational Planning
• Understanding of HR Compliance, Policies, and Employment Law
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using HR Management Systems and other related software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
• Experience within the textile industry is an advantage
