Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee training and development programs, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The manager will act as a strategic partner to align HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring employee engagement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
