Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist who brings a balance of operational excellence and people-first thinking. This role requires someone who has experience handling end-to-end hiring, employee lifecycle management, and HR operationsacross IT and non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and project resource needs
- Drive HR operations including attendance, documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance
- Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and culture building activities
- Assist in drafting and updating company policies, SOPs, and compliance documents
- Manage HR records, generate reports, and ensure audit readiness
- Support performance management cycles and appraisals
- Utilize AI tools for resume screening, JD generation, and automation of repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with leadership for smooth project coordination and staffing
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Postgraduate Degree in HR and/or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience
- Prior exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring environments
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable working in a tech-first, fast-paced environment
