Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Surat. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and facilitating personnel management. They will also contribute to HR management practices, including new hire onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and handling HR management processes
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits administration
- Proficiency in personnel management, including employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and handle confidential information effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry is a plus
