Position Summary:

As a Human Resource Specialist at Infusion Venture Studios, you will be at the heart of our thriving team, responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Drive and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening top talent to facilitating a smooth onboarding process that echoes our vibrant company culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Craft and implement employee engagement programs that promote collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity. Build a work culture where ideas are valued, creativity is encouraged, and every voice is heard.

Learning & Development: Develop training programs that enhance team skills, empower professional growth, and align with the company's vision. Facilitate learning opportunities that nurture leadership and foster career development.

HR Policy & Compliance: Create, refine, and communicate HR policies that reflect our culture and adhere to industry standards. Provide guidance and ensure that all employees understand company policies and procedures.

Performance Management: Lead performance management processes that are transparent, motivating, and focused on continuous improvement. Coach managers and employees through goal setting, feedback, and recognition programs.

Compensation & Benefits: Oversee benefits administration and employee welfare programs, making sure they are competitive and valued by the team. Lead initiatives to create rewarding experiences both in and out of the office.

HR Metrics & Strategy: Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions, refine strategies, and drive initiatives that contribute to employee satisfaction, retention, and a strong company culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or related roles.

A solid grasp of HR best practices, including labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a passion for building a positive work environment.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Objective:

The task includes three key components to gauge your practical skills and cultural fit for Infusion Venture Studios.

Task 1: Recruitment Strategy Development

Create a high-level recruitment strategy for attracting top talent for a Marketing Manager position at Infusion Venture Studios. Your strategy should include:

1. Job Description Outline:

Draft a concise outline of a job description for a Marketing Manager that will attract creative, high-performing candidates aligned with our company's vision.

2. Recruitment Channels & Outreach Plan:

Identify 3-4 recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) you would use to attract qualified candidates. Explain why you selected these channels and how you would engage with potential applicants.

3. Interview Process:

Outline a brief interview process (3-4 stages) for this role, specifying who will be involved in each stage (e.g., HR screening, panel interview, final interview with leadership), and what key attributes or skills you aim to evaluate at each stage.

Task 2: Employee Engagement Initiative
