Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and payroll activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, employee database, and reports.
  • Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data including salary structure, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and support performance management process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / MBA (HR).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/Payroll software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
