Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and payroll activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and reports.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payroll data including salary structure, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
- Maintain payroll records and generate monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and support performance management process.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / MBA (HR).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/Payroll software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
