Role Overview
We are hiring an HR & Admin Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of the company across people processes and office administration. You'll ensure smooth functioning across hiring, employee lifecycle, workplace operations, and basic compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source top talent, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications
- Oversee employee lifecycle docs: offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and all employee documentation
- Manage daily office ops: vendors, supplies, and facility maintenance
- Arrange travel, team events, and office logistics
- Track IT assets, allocate resources, and handle basic procurement
- Prepare and store contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements) with full record-keeping
- Support compliance tasks like POSH processes and documentation
- Monitor expenses, gather bills, and assist Finance with payroll data
Key Requirements
- 3+ years in HR, admin, or ops roles
- Excellent organization and coordination with sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in documentation and everyday HR tasks
- Strong communicator with employees, candidates, and vendors
- Skilled multitasker handling daily operational duties
- Dependable, proactive team player in dynamic, fast-paced settings
