Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The HR Specialist will enforce HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they will assist in creating personnel management strategies that foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources processes, HR Management, and implementation of HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management systems
• Strong understanding of labor compliance and workplace ethics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Experience in employee engagement initiatives is a plus
• Proficient in using HR software and tools

Budget: 6LPA to 12 LPA
