Role Overview
The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for strengthening the HR foundation defining HR processes, managing policies, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations. This role is crucial in shaping a performance-driven culture in a scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Framework & Implementation:
o Create and update organizational structure / organogram.
o Define and implement HR systems, workflows, SOPs and policies.
Payroll & Compliance:
o Payroll Support
o Attendance management
o Compliance Management
Role Architecture & Job Descriptions:
o Identify all functional roles across departments.
o Prepare standardized JDs.
o Define R&R activities as per need.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
o Handle end-to-end recruitment and screening.
o Coordinate on boarding, induction, and exit procedures.
Training & Development: Should be able to identify the training need and take further steps.
Employee Engagement: Conduct engagement initiatives.
Statutory Compliance & Administration: Manage government policies, labour law compliance,
documentation.
Performance Management System (PMS):
o Create/Redefine KRA/KPI frameworks.
o Implement review cycles, feedback processes, and development plans.
o Link KRAs/KPIs to annual appraisals.
Social media & Employer Branding: Handle hiring posts, culture updates in coordination with marketing.
General Office Administration: Vendor coordination, office supplies, travel, and facility management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred)
Knowledge of statutory labor laws
Strong understanding of HR Process
Knowledge of ERP Software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation and process management expertise
