What you'll be doing

• Recruitment and candidate coordination

• Employee onboarding and documentation

• Maintaining HR records and personnel data

• Supporting performance management

• Building and implementing HR policies

• Employee engagement and culture building

• Handling employee queries and internal coordination

• Supporting benefits and HR administration

• Working closely with leadership across hiring and people operations

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of HR operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle recruitment and employee management

• Understanding of HR policies and workplace processes

• Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field

• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office is preferred

• Most importantly — the mindset to build, learn and grow

BikeDilwado is a pre-owned two-wheeler marketplace built to make buying used bikes simple, transparent and dependable.

Over the last four years, we have served 7,000+ customers and maintain an inventory of 200+ pre-owned two-wheelers.

Every vehicle goes through a 107-point inspection and refurbishment process at our in-house facility before reaching the customer.

Salary: 2.5–3 LPA
