Job Description

The position focuses on aligning HR policies with business goals, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting managers to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stake holders to identify manpower gap.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and concerns
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and propose solutions in alignment with company policies.
  • Support branch managers in implementing performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on HR-related topics, including compliance and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for the territory.
  • Regularly visit Banking unit to assess HR-related matters and build relationship with employees

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource.
  • 35 years of experience in HR, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Open for Travel across the Location.
