The position focuses on aligning HR policies with business goals, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting managers to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stake holders to identify manpower gap.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and concerns
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and propose solutions in alignment with company policies.
- Support branch managers in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on HR-related topics, including compliance and customer service.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for the territory.
- Regularly visit Banking unit to assess HR-related matters and build relationship with employees
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource.
- 35 years of experience in HR, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Open for Travel across the Location.
