As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company&aposs staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process. Your expertise in identifying and engaging with qualified candidates will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for open positions.
4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
5. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization&aposs reputation as an employer of choice.
7. Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and measure recruitment metrics.
9. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.
10. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
