RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior.
- Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
