Employee Engagement and Employee Connect programs
- Plan and execute quarterly open house for respective division/ function/ vertical and facilitate employee query resolution through Collaborative Working Platform (CWP)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives as per HAH calendar within division/ functions
- Support Division/ Function leadership team in organizing employee events during the year like Conferences, Paathshala sessions, etc.
Division Centric Reward & Recognition Program
- Collaborate with Division/ Function leadership team to drive Rewards & Recognition programs at division/ function/ company level.
HR Policy awareness and clarification:
- Drive HR Policy awareness and clarification within small groups of employees
- Share received employee feedback if any related to HR policies with respective COEs.
Anchor Monthly HR DLM with division/ function
- Scheduling monthly DLM with each division / function starting 1st Sept 2025 with HR Services Team (Divisional Facing Names) + COE's (HR Verticals mentioned in the note)
- Releasing collated pre-agenda and post DLM minutes to respective COE and division/ function leadership teams
Employee Queries and One-on-one connects:
- Act as one-point contact for all HR related matters, employee queries and employee grievances.
- Reach out to the employee's family in the event of a workplace incident or unforeseen calamity to offer support and assistance.
- Conduct one-on-one employee feedback sessions: One/ two employees per week
Exit feedback and attrition dashboard:
- Conduct exit feedback and retention discussions as applicable and provide feedback with division/ function leadership team/ HR COE
- Share attrition details specific to vertical/ location based on attrition dashboard managed by HR COE
- Support HR COE for attrition analysis and tracking agreed action plan points
Employee Disciplinary Matters:
- Support division/ function and HR COE for employee disciplinary matters
Policy Governance & Alignment
- Approved Vs Published Gaps: Highlight to Compensation & Benefit team -in case there are discrepancies in policies available on HR Kwik portal and with the stakeholder
- Visibility to Employees: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, consistent, and accessible across platforms.
Policy Awareness & Communication
- Design and maintain a structured calendar for weekly and monthly policy awareness initiatives across the organization.
- Plan and execute HR Policy Roadshows to drive awareness and understanding among on-ground teams.
Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ repository for each HR policy.
- Regularly update FAQs based on feedback from employees, HR partners, and business stakeholders.
Data-Driven Prioritization
- Monitor and analyse trends from the My Pidilite dashboard to identify recurring queries and prioritize policy communication accordingly.
Feedback on policy suggestions if any
- Consolidate feedback from various channels on policy enhancement and share with HR Policy Team for continuous improvement process.
Internal Consulting & Support
- Serve as the go-to person within the HR Division for policy-related clarifications and guidance and train other HR Services team members so that they can conduct policy awareness sessions in their respective division / functions
