Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Amritsar for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining and updating job descriptions, posting job openings, managing application tracking systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will also assist in fostering employer branding and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR technologies
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to create and maintain Job Descriptions and Job Postings
• Proficiency in Organizational Skills and Time Management
• Experience or understanding of Employer Branding and Employee Engagement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
