Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, as well as developing and managing effective recruitment strategies. The role includes maintaining the company's recruitment databases, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify key recruitment needs. Additionally, the recruiter will play a role in improving the overall hiring process and ensuring outstanding candidate experiences.

• Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, and talent acquisition
• Skills in recruitment coordination, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in maintaining recruitment databases and generating hiring reports
• Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
