Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Human Resources Recruiter. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating onboarding processes. Additionally, the recruiter will support employer branding initiatives, ensure compliance with recruitment policies, and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in drafting compelling job descriptions and maintaining comprehensive candidate records
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, employer branding, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring policies is a plus
• Understanding of the FMCG industry or similar sectors will be an added advantage
