About the Company
Pure Cube Design Studio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior architect/designer to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. We are a passionate design firm specializing in creating innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring for all departments: interior design, architecture, project management, site execution, procurement, furniture design, accounts and admin
- Understand role requirements from department heads and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through Apna, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and consultants
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds
- Manage offers, salary negotiation, onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate database and recruitment MIS
- Support manpower planning and employer branding
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (HR) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for design, construction, interiors or real estate roles preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Excel
