Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Employee database & documentation on HRMS Software
Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
Update employee files with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms etc.
Generating the employee record of new employees and deactivation of resigned employees on HRMS
Maintaining the leaves cards and Leave Balances of employees on HRMS Software.
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts and updating on HRMS
Initiating the Background verification Process
Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Contribute to Employee Engagement/training program coordination.
Contribute to Performance Appraisal Process coordination with the employees.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees.
Overseeing the daily operations of HR department
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
Making MIS Reports related to HR Operations
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of Human Resource Management
2-3 years of similar experience in HR.
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office
Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
