Role Overview

The HR Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of statutory regulations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for employees with high accuracy and within timelines
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary structures, deductions, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
  • Handle payroll audits and prepare reports for management review
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related activities
  • Manage full & final settlements, bonuses, and reimbursements
  • Generate payslips, tax computations, and other payroll reports
