We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable HR-Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of statutory compliance requirements, particularly in relation to Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and seamless payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll in compliance with statutory regulations, including PF and ESI contributions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PF and ESI rules, regulations, and amendments, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and statutory authorities for PF and ESI related matters.
• Handle PF and ESI registration, renewal, and related documentation for new and existing employees.
• Employee Offer Letter Generation.
