Job Description

Job Title: HR Payroll

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Greater Noida

Work Mode: 5 Days (Work from office)

Shift: General Morning Shift

We at Coforge are hiring Assistant Payroll Manager with the following skillset:

Responsibilities: -

  • Ensure 100% accurate & timely payroll inputs and processing as per countryspecific calendars.
  • Maintain statutory compliance, coordinate with external vendors and audit teams.
  • Support internal/external audits and annual activities (CTC restructuring, Mediclaim, LI,
  • appraisals).
  • Handle MIS reporting, payroll analytics, and SAP data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors across regions.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong Payroll expertise with solid understanding of payroll processes.
  • Analytical & reporting skills with ability to interpret payroll/leave data for audits, budgeting, and workforce planning.
  • Stakeholder & vendor management across regions.
  • Excellent communication for employee payroll queries.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical handling of sensitive employee data.
