Notice period – Immediate joiner

Age Criteria – 25 yrs – 30 yrs

Experience as HR Analytics/ Operations – 3+ Years

Education – Any Graduate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and absenteeism. Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes and policies based on data, including hiring, retention, and performance management.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Analyze market data for salary benchmarking to ensure competitive, fair compensation packages.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Employee Surveys: Manage employee engagement surveys and exit interviews, conducting analysis to improve the workforce experience
  • Overseeing the daily HR Analytics and ops and Payroll activities of the HR department
  • Leading HR operations activity from onboarding through to offboarding (including managing the communication of employee benefits package, identifying opportunities for process improvement, exit interviews, and analysis of data)
  • Ensuring compliance with all pre-employment checks
  • Managing HR operations and management and Compliance
  • Ensuring employee records are maintained accurately in line with data privacy regulations
  • Implementing new company policies
  • Developing an innovative and impactful operations function
  • Working on HR processes, policies, and technologies
  • Management of all internal HR systems (including HRIS)
  • Occasionally supporting the Senior Leadership Team with ad hoc requests
