Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations professional who will own end-to-end employee operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HRMS management. The role requires close collaboration with Finance and leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable HR processes.

This is a high-ownership opportunity in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid Role. (2-3 times per week expected in-office in Noida)

Key Accountability & Responsibilities

Employee Operations & HR Service Delivery

  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll, policies, attendance, benefits, and HR processes with speed and accuracy.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, reimbursements, and variable inputs.
  • Liaise with Finance and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll closure.

HRMS, Data & Documentation

  • Maintain HRMS data, employee records, and personnel files with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and data insights for leadership and audits.
  • Ensure strong documentation hygiene across all HR processes.

Asset Management

  • Oversee asset allocation, tracking, recovery, and documentation during onboarding and employee exits.

Compliance & Statutory Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including:
  • PF, ESI, Gratuity
  • Shops & Establishments Act
  • Other applicable labour compliances
  • Coordinate audits and ensure statutory filings are accurate and on time.

Policies, SOPs & Process Improvement

  • Assist in implementing and strengthening HR policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
  • Continuously identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in HR operations.

Requirements

  • Strong employee-handling skills with clear, empathetic communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (Zoho People experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Operations / HR Management in a fast-paced organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, high-accountability environment.
