About the Role:
The HR Operations Executive at Brightedge will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll be responsible for executing HR operations with accuracy and empathy while driving automation, analytics, and process improvements that make Brightedge an exceptional place to work. You'll collaborate closely with our HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure that every people process is simple, transparent, and impactful.
Please note that this role will require the candidate to work in EST / PST hours (2 PM to 10 PM IST depending on business requirements)
