Role: HR Operations

Level: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5-8 years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage HR systems, deliver people analytics, and enhance the employee lifecycle. The role blends system ownership, data analysis, compliance, and operational excellence, including support during M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HRIS operations, upgrades, integrations, UAT, and user adoption.
  • Translate business needs into scalable HR system and process solutions.
  • Analyze HR data using advanced Excel and SQL; build dashboards and HR metrics.
  • Optimize onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
  • Ensure data integrity, audits, governance, and statutory compliance.
  • Support HR operations during M&A, including due diligence and system integration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, Darwinbox, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills.
  • Exposure to audits, compliance, data governance, and change or M&A programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 38 years of HR operations, analytics, or HR systems experience.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
