Job Description

Job Title: HR & Operations Analyst (Night Shift EST)

Location: [Specify Location / Remote / Hybrid]

Shift Timing: Night Shift (Aligned with EST Hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Operations Analyst to support both human resources functions and day-to-day operational activities during night shift (EST hours). This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage HR processes, ensure smooth operational workflows, and act as a key support resource for business functions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics (attrition, attendance, performance metrics)

Operations Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily operational workflows during night shift
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and efficiency
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Identify process gaps and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Handle client coordination and issue resolution as required
  • Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in HR operations, business operations, or similar role
  • Experience working in night shift / EST time zone support preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and operational workflows

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and payroll tools is a plus
