Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires strong hands-on experience, audit exposure, and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Oversee HR operations, policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, etc.)
- Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, etc
- Handle HR audits, inspections, and statutory filings
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Maintain HRMS, employee data, and HR MIS reports
Requirements:
- 1015+ years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential matters
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
