Human Resources Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Manager based in Khed. The individual will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, and manage employee relations to foster a productive and positive workplace. Responsibilities include executing HR strategies, ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing payroll and employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards. The role also involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership for talent management initiatives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Operations, and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and experience in implementing them effectively
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and problem resolution
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and leadership
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR operations or management role is a plus
