Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Manager based in Thane. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role involves managing the entire HR lifecycle from recruitment to performance management and exit formalities, ensuring an efficient and smooth operation of HR activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) operations and management
• Experience with developing and implementing HR policies
• Effective Employee Relations management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with additional relevant certifications being a plus
